No refunds for change of mind
Please choose your perfume carefully and check the brand, product name, concentration, bottle size and gift-set contents before confirming and paying for your order.
Voika Store does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, personal scent preference, or ordering the wrong product or size. Opened or used perfumes are not accepted for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies required by applicable law. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from the confirmed order, contact +971 58 561 4588 as soon as you discover the issue. Include your request or order reference, the product name and clear photos where available. Keep the product and packaging for assessment.
We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
Assessment and return arrangements
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email info@voikastore.com with your order or request reference, the item, a description of the issue, and photographs of the bottle, packaging and shipping damage where available.
- Keep the item and its original packaging. We assess the information and may ask for additional evidence or arrange an inspection. We will tell you the next steps and expected assessment time in our reply.
- If a return is needed, we provide written authorisation and the collection or return instructions. For a confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect item, Voika covers the reasonable return arrangements. Please do not ship an item without instructions.
- We confirm the remedy and any refund amount in writing. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible; if that is unavailable, we agree an alternative with you. We confirm the processing date and provide a refund reference. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit it.
Authenticity guarantee
If a product is verified as not genuine, our authenticity guarantee provides a refund of the full product price and the delivery amount you paid. The no-change-of-mind rule does not restrict this guarantee or remedies required by applicable law.
Before ordering
Ask us on WhatsApp if you need help confirming a perfume or set. Sending a WhatsApp request does not charge you or complete a Shopify order.
