Delivery in the United Arab Emirates
Voika Store currently has delivery configured for the United Arab Emirates.
Standard delivery charges
- AED 25 for orders below AED 200.
- Free standard delivery for orders of AED 200 or more.
The configured standard delivery estimate is 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will confirm stock availability, your delivery address and the expected delivery window before you pay.
WhatsApp orders
Add perfumes to your cart, select Order on WhatsApp and include your name, contact phone, delivery address and any delivery instructions. Send the request to +971 58 561 4588. The cart amount shows product prices; we will confirm any delivery charge and the final total in your order conversation.
Sending a WhatsApp request does not charge you or create a completed Shopify order. Keep the request reference and your confirmation message for follow-up.
Delivery enquiries and tracking
Contact us on WhatsApp with your request or order reference for dispatch and tracking information. Please confirm the recipient name, phone and address carefully before dispatch.
For any delivery outside the UAE, contact us before ordering; availability and charges must be confirmed separately.
