Voika Store offers perfume enquiries and order requests through this website and WhatsApp at +971 58 561 4588.

Product information and prices

Check the exact brand, perfume name, concentration, bottle size and set contents before ordering. Prices are displayed in AED. Where a sale price and reference price are shown, the sale price is the current listed product price. The cart amount excludes any delivery charge confirmed separately.

Order requests and confirmation

Adding products to the cart or sending a WhatsApp request does not charge you or complete Shopify checkout. Your request is subject to confirmation of availability, delivery arrangements, the final total and payment instructions. Confirm these details with Voika before making payment. Keep your request reference and the written order confirmation for follow-up.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. A request reference identifies your enquiry; it is not a Shopify order number or proof of payment.

Delivery, returns and refunds

See our shipping policy for configured UAE delivery charges and estimated timing. Voika does not provide change-of-mind refunds; see the return and refund policy for details and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
